Shipping Zone
We currently deliver to the following countries: the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Poland, Portugal, the United States, Canada, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Denmark.
Note: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or overseas territories (such as islands and other remote regions).
Shipping Carriers
To ensure your orders are delivered safely, we partner with professional international logistics service providers.
Your parcel will be delivered for last-mile delivery by leading local logistics providers (including but not limited to Royal Mail, DPD, UPS, Canada Post, CTT, etc.).
Please be sure to provide a detailed and accurate street address at checkout to avoid any delays or failed delivery.
Shipping Costs
Orders over €88: FREE shipping.
Orders under €88: Flat shipping fee of €9.90.
Sales Tax
Your order may be subject to sales taxes based on your local regulations. These charges are determined by your local tax authority and are your responsibility.
Shipment Processing
Orders are typically processed, verified, inspected, and packed within 2-3 business days.
Orders placed on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday (Beijing Time).
Holiday Shipping
Shipping companies experience high volumes during holidays, leading to potential delays. We will notify you via email if there are significant delays in your shipment.
Delivery Time
Orders typically take approximately 6-20 business days to be delivered from our warehouse in China, depending on your location.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.
You can use the tracking number provided in the email to check detailed shipping updates on the 17TRACK website (www.17track.net) or via its app.
Please note that tracking information may take some time to update due to the international transit process, so we appreciate your patience.
