LIKAPAWS Refund Policy

You can conveniently return the ordered goods within 14 days of receipt to the LIKAPAWS online shop. The Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exchanges and Product Condition

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. In the case of an exchange, we kindly ask you to simply reorder the new size/colour in our online shop at www.likapaws.com.

Products must be returned in their original condition: unworn, free of pet hair, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. If the returned item is not in resalable condition, it will be sent back to you, and the return shipping cost will be at your own expense.

Please have your dog try on the item indoors, ensuring they are clean and dry.

Refund Policy

1. If the customer is a consumer, i.e. a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to his commercial or independent professional activity, he shall be entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.

2. If the customer as a consumer makes use of his right of withdrawal according to the above paragraph 1, he has to bear the regular costs of the return shipment.

3. In all other respects, the provisions set out in detail in the following cancellation policy shall apply to the right of cancellation.

Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the customer or a third party named by the customer, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform service@likapaws.com of his decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement. Please prepare the necessary information, including your order details, reason for return, and proof of purchase. Once the return request is approved, we will provide customer with the return shipping address and guidelines.

Please carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging and ship them to the designated address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item(s), we will verify that they meet our return criteria. Once approved, your refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe to the original payment method.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it shall be sufficient for the Customer to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If the Customer withdraws from this contract, LIKAPAWS shall reimburse the Customer for all payments LIKAPAWS has received from the Customer, including applicable taxes. Shipping costs are non-refundable. LIKAPAWS may refuse repayment until LIKAPAWS has received the goods back or until the Customer has provided proof that he has returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. The exact time it takes for the refund to be credited may vary depending on the processing speed of your financial institution.

The Customer must return or hand over the goods to LIKAPAWS immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which he informed LIKAPAWS of the revocation of this contract. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if the Customer sends the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

The Customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

The Customer shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

4. The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance selling contracts:

- for the delivery of goods that have been manufactured according to customer specifications or that are clearly tailored to personal needs or that are not suitable for return due to their nature or that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date has been exceeded; also excluded are dog whistles or similar for reasons of hygiene,

- for the delivery of audio or video recordings or software if the customer has unsealed the delivered data carriers.

5. LIKAPAWS shall provide the following information on the model withdrawal form in accordance with the statutory provisions:

Quality Issue

If your item has a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide photos along with your order number or proof of purchase. LIKAPAWS reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet our return criteria.
